PhonePe — Regarding stopping Autopay

I have not done autopay for any payment, then automatically three autopays have happened, whereas I do not know for whom the money is being deducted. Money is being deducted every month without my knowledge. I have been trying from my mobile for a long time to remove or stop autopay but it is not happening? Since for removal, auto reading OTP has to be taken but it is not happening? OTP is coming in the inbox but manual OTP is not being entered? You are requested to stop all the autopays or whatever amount of autopay is there in my account, ie, delete all those autopays. I do not need autopay.
