PhonePe — regarding transaction failed and money debited from my account but after that my money not debited from my account

Dear team,
This is santosh kumar my phone pay account is ([protected]) and i was try to transfer rupees 500 to my friend's phone pay account ([protected]) transaction : p1908131915415991744850, dated on (31-jul-2019) which is failed and money debited from my account but after that my money not credited from my account, i have already complant about this and conversation with the customer care but yet it is not resolved. Please resolve the issue.
