PhonePe — regarding transfer the sum of 6000 rs

I have done transections through my phone pay account mobile no [protected] concerned account no. - [protected] of sbi ngm branch hisar-125001 to phonepay account [protected] on dated - 12.12.2019. But amount neither transfer to recivers account and nor returned to my account till 6.01.2020. Sir it is humble request to you that pls resolve the matter and refund the amount in mean time.

Sir i have not much amount left in my account and i have many expenses at my home and my family is not in good conditions so i request you pls take this a serious and necessary for me.
