PhonePe — regarding upi payment

Address:B36 new Gupta colony ,Delhi 11009, New Delhi, Delhi

On 23 march 2020 i have transfer rs 2670 via phone pe application from my bank hdfc. Amount has been deducted in wrong account but i m not able to identify the correct account holder. Actually i want to transfer it on another account. Need to know the account holder detail, name or identifation which i have transfer the amount. Waiting ur reply asap

This is for your information that i had pay my credit bill from phone pe and the amount was deducted from my account but till now no refund is back to my account.
Phone pe customer care are telling we have refund amount but axis bank customer is telling no refund is back to your account.
