PhonePe — regarding wrong transaction amount one thousand refundable issue

Dear sir my name is pramod kumar i have sent one thousand rupees in wrong account on date 09.02.2018 and i have already complain at same day regarding my issue but phonepe customer service has not give a good reply against my request. and without true account holder name that amount has transacted successfully this is another issue with phonepe UPI. so please you submit my request and help me for refund of my money.
