PhonePe — rs. 700 (approx) issue

Sir.. I withdrawed money from phonepe (698.40) to my bank account.. And after that thee whole money debited from phonepe and didnt receive any kind of message and also my bank account balance remains the same. No failing message or successfull message. This is the first time i have withdrawed money to my bank account and i am annoyed right now.. Help please...
