I am a merchant.. On 16th august customer had scanned amount of rs.6, 600 through phone pe.. But till date i have not yet received any mail, nor message of amount in my bank but customers account has been deducted with the amount and has got a message also.. Speaking to the phone pe executive i was told that the transaction has been taken place but due to some technical issue it has not been forwarded.. I am calling them and sending mail regularly from past five days but the response im getting is that the technical team will contact you.. How many days due you need to respond.. मैंने एक ट्रांजैक्शन किया था उसका मेरे अकाउंट से बैलेंस कट चुका है लेकिन अगले के अकाउंट में नहीं गया है और ना ही मुझे रिफंड हुआ है
