PhonePe — this company has stolen my gold purchase and not returning my money

This company has stoled my gold purchase and not returning my money. I have purchased good from phone pe two days ago and when now i am going to sell it on phone pe then it is not giving permission to sell it.

And notbeven returning my money back to my bank account please you may help me in this problem. Plz support me that money was too important for me. Plz help and support.
