PhonePe — transaction failed and amount deducted from my account | |||
I transferred 5000rs to another account on 22-10/2019, and today date is 29/10/2019 but phone pe shows your transaction is failed but 5000 deducted from my bank account and the receiver didn't receive any amount, i complaint to the phone about that problem and phonepe customer said that your amount will be refunded under[protected] but the time was took longer than expected. I tried to pay electric bill through PhonePe app on 13.10.19. The amount was debited from bank account, but transaction failed. The app said that I'll get back my refund within 3-5 days, but till now, I haven't got back my refund. I am requesting my refund urgently as the amount is quite huge.
