PhonePe — transaction failed and deducted money hasn't been refunded yet

Amount has been deducted from my bank account and transaction got failed. And i've not received the deducted amount yet. The transaction was done on 13th september 2019.
I've faced such type of issue twice. And i've also not got my deducted amount on previous transaction.
Kindly help me regarding the aforementioned problem.
