PhonePe — transaction failed and receiver not received money

Sir on 25th november 2019 i have made a transaction of 2000 rs to my friend. But it was failed and money was debited from my account and receiver didn't received money. According to my bank status money was debited from my account and the receiver didn't received money. Sir please either refund the money into my account or transfer the money into receiver. I also contacted my bank but they are saying that please contact your phone pe contacter. Sir please solve my problem as early as possible
