My mobile no. Is [protected]. I had done the transaction of rs. 399 on 20 oct 2017. Transaction id is nx[protected]. The transaction was failed. I have called so many times on customer care. Everytime i have to wait for minimum 40minutes to contact with phonepe executives. But i didn't get my refund yet. You are just raising issue and giving 7 days to resolve it. After 7 days they are again escalating issue and giving 7days. Ultimately no resolution.
Very shameful...
