PhonePe — Transaction is not completed. My money didnt received to the recipient and the amount is deducted from my bank account

Address:Ahmedabad

I have made one transaction of 90, 000 around 10Am.
Transaction id: T2302081003420688689195
The amount is debited from my bank account but it is not credited in recipient bank account
I have raised ticket in phonepe but no resolution found.
Sender bank is SBI
Receiver bank is Bank of baroda.
Please help me getting my money back or complete the transaction as soon as possible.
