PhonePe — Transaction is successful but money is not received in beneficiary account

I have done payment of 5000 on 1 nov on phonepe
Money got deducted from my account and even transaction is showing successful but not credited to receiver account .

Transaction no - T2111011635272698710806

When I am calling phonepe customer they are saying talk to bank
And bank are saying they are not responsible
