PhonePe — transaction pending to receiver

I have a send money to the receiver through phone pay. The transaction is still pending on so on date 24 feb 2019. I have kept the complaint to phone pay they said it will update by today but i still didn't credit my money to my account. How can i resolve it. Please help me by this complaint. It is an emergency case. I do need of money very urgent. So kindly refer my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you

This is my transaction Id for the transaction of 1000 rs from sameer tangade of date 22 Feb 2019 but the money is still not deposited in my account.
