[Resolved]  PhonePe — transaction success but amount not credited

Someone transferred to my UPI account but amount not credit to my bank account,
Transaction is successful but
My bank account not credit yet
Transaction id T1909111039061028353465

Transaction date 11/09/2019

Amount is 13094.64rs

No response from support
Will i get that amount to my bank account and how long it takes to credit that amount in my bank account,
Transaction is successful but not credit my money please help me
