[Resolved]  PhonePe — Transaction success but amount not credited to receiver even after 15 days!

The PhonePe transaction was successful but the amount did not get deposited in receiver bank account. This happened with a merchant while I was in Manali, HP. This is very bad procedure to resolve any discrepancy. Highlights how fragile and one sided the things are going, if something fails there is no good automatic process.
