PhonePe — Transaction successful but tickets are not booked ( train tickets from IXIGO)

I was booking ticket from IXIGO and transaction was done through phonepe, transaction was successful but the tickets was not booked . Twice i have done this mistake when i called consumer number no response were there twice 438 and 428 money were debited from my account. When they will refund
