PhonePe — transaction successful in phonepe but not credited to bank account | |||||
I had done a transaction of rupees 5000 on 31st December 2019. The transaction shows successful in phonepe but it is not reflecting in my bank account. The transaction ID is P1912311249384021855630. I spoke to phonepe customer care and they say that after the getting the confirmation from receiver's end only the status will be shown as successful. I went and spoke to bank people also, they are not of much help as this involves third party app. I am really confused as what must be done now to get the money back. Please help me out in getting the money credited to my account safely. Was this information helpful? | |||||
