PhonePe — Transaction through phonepe for light bill

I have scan the Qr code on light bill by Phone Pe and it showed the exact amount which was shown on light bill which was 780 rupees. So i paid it, but when i checked the status of my light bill it showed not paid and the transaction is on the name of tpslQR. Its like they are making fraud o[censored]s. After scanning also bill is not paid and getting wrong transaction its frustrating. Please help me to resolve this issue and please help me to get my money as refund. Thank you.
