PhonePe — Transection is failed but the the amount is deducted from my bank account.

I had done the payment from phonepe on 1/04/2025 3000 rupee, but the transection is failed due to some reason but the amount is deducted from my bank account. I had waited for 24 hr but it's not refunded yet.
