PhonePe — unable of withdrawing money.

I transferred rs.1200 from my debit card to phone pe balance for purchasing online and compeleted kyc. I cancelled my purchase and try to withdraw my amount but the app said e-kyc is not available and you can't withdraw your own money. Now i want my money back but they are not paying my money back. I transferred my money on 21/12/2018 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm
