PhonePe — unable to withdraw amount from my wallet | |
I have transferred amount of rs 7000 in my phonepe wallet for purchasing some item. I was unable to purchase and hence tried to transfer the funds from wallet to back in my account. I was shocked to see that phonepe didn't allow to transfer the funds. It asked me to update ekyc and when i tried to update, it says that our server are temporarily out of service. They should have not accepted the money in their wallet at the first instance. I contacted their customer care twice and got different vague solutions. One says, please use this money for shopping and recharges via phonepe. What!!, are you kidding me? 7000 bucks for shopping and recharges. They seriously lack the customer service. Other person gave me option saying you close the wallet and money will be transferred to your account but you willn't be able to use phonepe wallet anytime in future. Wow!! What an amazing customer service guys... Keep it up!! Executive told me that he will share the procedure on my registered mail id and same is still awaited. I am afraid that even if i close my wallet and the money doesn't get transferred, how will i track my amount. I have loose all faith and patience on phonepe. It's so disgusting and shear unprofessionalism. Is there somebody, who is hearing us?? Was this information helpful? | |
