PhonePe — unable to withdraw money from my wallet | |||
For a emergency purpose After transferring 1000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and unable to commit the time line to resolve the problem. if you have problem with the ekyc then you must notify the before Wallet topup. The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved. if the problem is not going to resolve soon Was this information helpful? | |||
