Today march 31, 2018 at 9.10 am, i tried to pay my electricity bill using phonepe app from my mobile. But the payment was failed, after few minutes rs 690 was debited from my bank account was debited from my bank account. But the electricity bill payment was not paid, only my money was debited from my bank account. I have attached some photos for your verification. I would be grateful if you look into this matter as soon as possible and i request for refund.
