PhonePe — Wrong item delivered by Pincode (SubBrand of PhonePe)

I ordered some items through the Pincode app but unfortunately, I received the wrong item. I immediately contacted customer support and was informed that it would be resolved within a day or two.
However, it has now been more than a week and the issue remains unresolved.
Despite providing them with all the necessary evidence, no solution has been provided. For reference, my order ID is OD2307262209571576066957.
