Yesterday i have paid my bsnl broad-band bill. When i click my order and check my order status of bill payment. I am sorry to say that i can try many times for download invoice but i can't receive invoice. Even i can't get any bbps reference no. Why sir?

Today i am calling customer care and i share about my problem mss. Shikha who's designation is escalation. He replied me sorry i can't do anything for your complaint and today an sms has been sent to my mobile from b. S. N. L that your land-line bill is due by 26-april-19. What are you doing sir? I am fully satisfied that that phonepe is a fraud company.

Please do follow-up this matter. If you don't solve my problem then i will sent my complaint to head-office of npci.
