An order was placed by me towards the purchase of phone speria p20 6 inch on 20/09/2019 and done it through online transaction receipt #[protected] transferring a sun of rs 3999 from my account towards the phone. As promised by the firm no consignment was received from your end. Even after 06 days, i did not receive the phone. Hence, i request you to look into the mattr\er and return my money forthwith othewise there is no other option left to me except to go ahead legally. Thank you. Please respond immediately.
