I ordered Speria X2 on 6th of april . I haven't received it yet . Neither am I able to contact the sellers. when i try to login they saya that my password is incorrect and they have sent a mail on my email id. But I have checked my email id several times there is no email from this company. Since I am unable to login to my Id i have no proof to show you about the order details. I just have the payment receipt which I have attached. Please help me with this. I want my money back. i paid via paytm.

I have received a wrong item, ie. Speria y6 on 30th october 2019, which is completely damaged with drained battery through dotzot courier services awb:[protected], from viviki, patparganj industrial estate, new delhi, 110092.
When i returned the item to the return section of phoneskart at indirapuram vaishali, ghaziabad, up through speed post, they cant identify exact location and returned the item back to me. Sent on 04/11/2019, returned back to me on 15/11/2019. You can track the status of return through the india post website by tracking the number el[protected]in.

So kindly refund my money back to my account.

Then i mail so many time to contact them but there was no response from e-mail as well as contact numbers are also out of reach.
On 26/10/2019 instead of that device they sent me a very old version of android phone. Which is not returnable

I have ordered Speria S9 Pro Notch SmartPhone EZE000167 from Phoneskart shopping site and paid Rs. 3999 on 25.09.2019. But I got another product whose quality was very bad and old. Charger and earphone is also very bad condition not working properly. The Company had shown the images and specification of the product, received product specification and quality are totally different. I want to refund my cash. I tried to contact their customer number but not contact with the company. My order No. [protected]. The has cheated on us. All specification and product details is attached to this complaint.

An order was placed by me towards the purchase of phone speria p20 6 inch on 20/09/2019 and done it through online transaction receipt #[protected] transferring a sun of rs 3999 from my account towards the phone. As promised by the firm no consignment was received from your end. Even after 06 days, i did not receive the phone. I ordered speria p20 phone through online site www.phone smart in payment was Model change hai features is very lowPayment was immediately deducted from the account for Rs. 3999, which I received the mail at the same time on 13/8/19 and my order was received on 23/8/19 by the Bluedart courier On opening the packet, it is not the phone that I ordered, it is the spiria s1, the quality is very poor and the touch screen is not working, I am cheating myself. There is no order tracking facility and no contact number, it is a complete fraud, people are being cheated from this site.

Hi, i ordered a mobile phone by paying 3999.20 the payment went through payu payment gateway and a confirmation sms and email of amount debited was received instantly. Your order option was working at the time of ordering. I am trying to search my order i don't find the link. There is no support phone number or email. The login option is dummy now. When you search for phones you get thus website coming on the top with big discounts. Not sure why there is no action taken on them after the first complaint being raised few days back by an individual. Not sure his the payment gateway companies support these scammers. The rbi has to take strict action and terminate the license if these service providers.

I was asked for a speria k2 pro notch smart phone (4gb / 64gb ram / rom) + hbq i10 tws twins bluetooth wireless earbuds with mic headset (Offers only for two days) from our website but i did not get my chosen mobile at my home and i've been sent another phone. So that i have to lose this mobile. So that i have to pay back this mobile and pay my money with rupees 4443 credit card. Which prompted me to give a punch.

Searched youtube and google, found many have complained about it delivery either different product or nothing. As per refund policy i applied for the cancelltion by mail as no phone number is mention but so far no acknowledgement has been given about cancellation.
