Phonocart.in — product not delivered and no response, website also closed | |||
Sir, I ordered three sarees for rs.1197 with free shipping for all orders in "http://phonocart.in"which ad was came in my facebook page. My order no.35691 dated 22.9.2018. I also paid amount of rs.1197 from my credit card to this product. They promised order will be delivered in 8-10days. But till now i am not getting any updates from this company. Even after my order i didnot get any product details messages to my mobile / email. After some days i noticed this and i emailed to company mailid "phonocart.[protected]@gmail.com", but no response.in website no login is working and no contact numbers displayed. I also noticed same type of another online shopping site named "http://clothesfactory.in" with same as "http://phonocart.in" which is fraud and bogus. Please take action in this matter. i got sms from BT-Phonow " your order is successfully received. your order no. is 45035. your shipment will be delivered in 8- 10 days.
i think its a fraud site. pls do a legal action against them.
