I am Shubhashree I ordered 399 sarees of 3 with order number 32935 I have prepaid ₹1197 on 22 September 2018. As I received SMS we will shipping the order after 8 days now it's more than 20 days . We haven't received any other sms. Through Facebook I found Phonocart online shopping . I lost Rs.1197 INR.
Phonocart is not responding to mail now this website is not available in Facebook .It is Fake website .It is online fraud webiste. customer care number is not available in website.
Please resolve my problem I want refund amount . Please reply back to this complaint.
