Pickji, is a scamming company, making fool, all franchisers, bikers and included theirs own staf, the co-founder of pickji is mr. Abhishek jalan, and komal saloja they scam me 3.5lac as they supposed to provide franchise of pickji, july2018. We have all documents, and all proved and even provided bikers salary, not only me, they have total number of franchiser in kolkata 4. Behala, howrah, nahati, and kharda and topsia. They never meet franchiser in kolkata, only tele communication over the phone, even their staff lef job as they ware not getting there salary. I am addressing you as sir still after receiving a false complaint against our organisation.Coming to the complaint you have raised as you are aware your team was involved in a theft of 312000 of Myntra on the first month of operations attaching the FIR copy of the complaint we still supported your hub till the month of October only on your promise that you would refund the amount which you claim was stolen from the hub.Until october their was enormous growth in your hub in your billing the first month itself you did a billing of 42000 next month 65000 and in the last month you crossed 83000 still you refused to pay the expenses as you were not being able to manage the cash and the company was paying on behalf of you and issuing you debit notes against the expenses.Today you are claiming that their has been a scam or fraud done to you by Pickji where have you mentioned that you would want to cancel the agreement.We have always maintained with you that if you want to cancel the agreement let us know we will proceed it with the same only the stolen money has to be either returned to us or adjusted it with your security deposit.Understand the money involved here belongs to our client Myntra and it is not ours.In your complaint you have mentioned our other franchisee name who are regularly doing business with us and getting paid their dues if they have any grievances they would speak to us independently.You have gone ahead and met our clients directly like Bluedart Nykaa to give you the work directly in some you even succeeded and in some you failed with Bluedart you did manage to get the work directly but you couldn't do it with Nyakaa that was also the breach of contract.
Again Pickji is not interested to get involved with these petty issues we would be more than satisfied to refund your deposit please send us a formal request and we would adjust the amount which was stolen and belong to Myntra from the deposit.I am again using the word stolen as you have always mentioned that the amount was stolen from your hub.I have attached the FIR copy which you only sent us.Any money in the hub is your responsibility.
The employee working in Pickji are working since years and if you are talking about Varun Bansal who again was involved in wrong doings and was still paid his last salary only he wasn't paid his notice period amount as he didn't serve the notice period.
Yes it is true that our directors dont meet the Franchisee unless needed as it is not possible for us to visit and meet every franchisee when closed for the same we have a team.

This year has been tragedy for to millions employees who have been bitter a bit but has trillions in financial numbers. I Varun Bansal joined “PickJi” as on 15th May 2019 as Regional Franchise Manager and Has Quit as on 17 Sep 2019 with 4 days notice period because of irregular salary delay, Zero Human Resource policies, No SOP and business backup with No future plans to execute Logistic Franchise Business. With 4 days of notice period & a non paid month support to coordinate future funnels has been supported by me after 17 Sep 2019 along with regular business every month within the job tenure.
Mr. Abhishek Jalan acknowledges that I will receive my F&F salary including incentives INR 49, 833/- for the month of August & Sep 2019 before Dipwali, however with gesture of absconding behavior they are delaying my hard earned money which has immensely affected my & my family festivals moment. Around 2K + Petty Cash available with me post resignation.
While working with PickJi I observed that in the name of Start-Up, PickJi is pleasing to raise the funds from the Indian market. PickJi is not only harassing to their employees and to their Franchise Partners also, where I have been the first face of the company in their engagement.
ZERO Support structure from PickJi.
1. No SOP maintained
2. No security and facilities available to any employees
3. No HR Policies
4. Absconding languages on every support required
5. Security Integrity – PickJi forcing me to submit Airtel Postpaid number [protected] which has been bought in my personal name with their instruction while joining and as per my knowledge still my PickJi official email address is active and being taken care by the company.
Seems that PickJi Founder and Co-Founders is just 1% out of other 98% who fails to manage a Start-up, which not only force middle class peoples to go unethical way to find the survival. Being as a fond to support Start-up culture because of to generate employments in India I respect every startup and has always delivered my best towards the company growth. But will never accept wrong things towards our Indian economic growth.

You say you worked for the company for 5 months, if you were so devastated with the so called fake promises you could have quit immediately but the truth is when you did not have a job, you requested the company owners to give you job and company owners being nice people without having any such requirement gave you the job and this is how you repay. In just 2 months of your job when you ask the company for ESOP and for a free franchisee and the company rejects it. And when your weird demands are not met you want to charge the customers with Consulting fees and wants the company to keep you as consultant and when your all unethical demands are rejected by the company then you stoop down to this level.Let the trillion of people deal with there problem. Ms. Komal Ji, Firstly I would like to draw your kind attention and inform you that the day we meet at CCD for my interview, on the same day I informed that I am joining start-up to grow my career ahead along with the PickJi and will be more happy to receive ESOP & Free Franchise against my heart & soul engagement to grow your brand. To understand your performance & working patter it took me around 3 months to grab the details because of absconding behavior of PickJi management to accept the truth of running the business in a benchmark format. You never pay the salary on time and never paid me advance for any personal expenses, after giving you the business from the first month onwards itself I receive my salary for the 1st month. Every month I have given the business to justify my salary. As I was not finding PickJi management confidence on their own brand so decided to quit.

I have also taken the franchisee of PickJi by investing 3 lacs with them and have been working with them from the month of March though they had promised me that the work would begin from the month April it started from June and i was very frustrated for the same but since then I have been doing business with them and I am today doing 20000 orders per month on a promise of 12000 orders and have already earned 185000 back on a investment of 3 lacs.Its a slow start but if one have a patience can earn money.Yes it is true Mr.Abhishek is not available frequently but if a franchisee work on the task given he will surely earn back his investment on the first year itself.Its just about having some patience.
Anyone can write me understand the business.

PickJi founder Abhishek Jalan & Komal Saluja statement says that their employees are wrong doings and for which he is facing such problems, This is to clear that I am not the only employee who is facing such problem, their are end number of employees who are suffering because of PickJi fake commitments, If any wrong doings are committed to any client, why it has not been validated by management, Sales & Deliverable are two different parameters, Don't start blame games with senior management employees to protect your reputation. PickJi has always absconding behavior and No SOP to run the business.

There are few days delay in payments which happens with any business you work with so this is highly wrong to write such things. The company owners i know personally are very honest and hardworking people. This is all purely false claims made by these people. I would request everyone on this platform to not give heed to such claims as they can come in an open platform and write anything they feel like just because they have the liberty to do this. But using the platform to create such wrong claims and notion is not right.

They don't have any work unlike what they promise in the beginning, you have to spend on everything which will ensure that you don't get into profits and eventually when we realised our mistake and told Mr. Jalan that we don't want to work further, he did not pay 1.5month salaries to the riders who we had hired for him and also did not refund our security deposit of Rs. 3.5Lacs
