    Myself Rohit Ranjan Prop at Avatar Enterprises Patna, As we signed agreement with pickji and accordingly proceeded with all security deposit and other franchise fee. company has cheated us and looted all our hard earned money.

    Pickji owner Abhishek Jalan did a fraud of crores on the name of franchisees and chit fund, and now opened a new business (www.grocley.in) and doing the same fraud.

    Nor do you know Mr.Jalan nor are you aware of what he is doing currently.Helping a startup doesn't make him the owner of the startup.if you yourself in life would have done anything apart from commenting.
    Mr.Rohit Ranjan you were replied by the organization on how your payment of security deposit would be made but you went personal with the directors and have decided to defame them resulting in defamation case against you along with defamation charges.

      I would like to complain against directors mr. Abhishek jalan and ms. Komal saluja of the company named auscpice transitos private limited who comitted fraud by running away with security deposit of franchise took in july 2019. Also franchise was given through broker named mr. Dixit sood who runs firm named 'wealth creater and reality services'. Case under section 420 under ipc has already been filed and necessary details have been shared with officials to take necessary action against directors and broker.

      Through this complaint i would like to aware people who are going to associate with them in future so that they are not cheated.

        I am vivek. I used to work in pickji company. So far i have not received my salary from pick ji company for last 2 months. I gave the resignation letter on 3 december 2019. Abhishek jalan has said that your salary will be received after 45 days. If my salary is not paid then i will also go to the consumer court. There are many people in pickji whose salary has not been received yet. There are already cases against them. Completed 45 days but asked next next month payout

          I'm ex employee of pick ji, my experience with pick ji is worst, pick ji management making fool of there employees, courier partner's, and all customers as well for giving them fake promises... Pick ji terminate me without any mistake or notice, also hold my salary of two months till date. Pick ji management harassing me when i ask them for my salary, they also used abused language with me... Don't trust pick ji and their management...

            Pickji, is a scamming company, making fool, all franchisers, bikers and included theirs own staf, the co-founder of pickji is mr. Abhishek jalan, and komal saloja they scam me 3.5lac as they supposed to provide franchise of pickji, july2018.
            We have all documents, and all proved and even provided bikers salary, not only me, they have total number of franchiser in kolkata 4.
