I had booked a parcel on 2nd December to be picked up from my address and delivered to Kolkata. I had made my payment of Rs 3000 online. I got a mail for confirmation of payment and another one promising pick up on the same day. Its been 6 days, no courier boy has come yet to collect my package. Neither the company (Aramex) through which my package was to be delivered has any information on this booking. The company do not reply to my mails and calls. It is clear that they have duped me.

It is a courier service website which estimates the cost of shipment, and directs it to many courier agencies like aramax, DTDC, blue dart etc.
I have booked 2 parcels on of 25 Kgs on 15th April. Paid 6200 and selected DTDC air express which is well-known to me.

Immediately after booking I got a message saying I got a upgrade to Aramax. During the time of booking Aramax was showing less price than DTDC. How can a upgrade happen from higher to lower price

Both phones listed in the website were swicthed off 24/7. No responses what so ever in the mails.

My parcel got auto cancelled the next day. I just wasted my time for 2 days waiting for them to pick the parcels.

Many users complaints in many forums. I say them late :(. But still it looks like the site is operational. They are just taking money by providing no services.
