Worst service, money taken by me and not send to courier company, my courier stucked with courier company now. they r not ready to deliver as they are demanding money...

I had booked a parcel on 2nd December to be picked up from my address and delivered to Kolkata. I had made my payment of Rs 3000 online. I got a mail for confirmation of payment and another one promising pick up on the same day. Its been 6 days, no courier boy has come yet to collect my package. Neither the company (Aramex) through which my package was to be delivered has any information on this booking. The company do not reply to my mails...

I put in a equest from this "company" to have a pracel picked up and deivered. I received email confirmations and the reciept I was required to print with a designated pick-up time etc. I also received an SMS stating that I had been upgraded fro free to FEDX from the company I originally selected.
