I ordered a bouquet for my parents anniversary from this website;
1. They claimed to deliver it on same day i.e. 27th feb, but nothing was delivered. On inquiring, they asked me if they could do so the next day, which was not done again.
2. Being furious I asked for refund which was promised to be done after 6 days, forget 6 days, every time I mailed them for refund, they used to say the same thing "they are checking and will inform ASAP". Which never happened.
3. At last after 20 days of being manipulated, I finally called them, the person MAC (in his terrible wanna-be-american accent) says the same things all over again. I asked him to connect to his senior.
4. In return, what I get is complete insult from some gang of guys sitting there and making of me for asking for refund. They were conversing in telugu(which I understand, their bad luck), and saying "Indian lady asking for refund sitting in USA" and laughing their guts out. That too without keeping me in mute.
I felt terribly insulted as well as being a victim of total fraud bunch of bad people. These people were talking as if they are ashamed of being Indians.
So guys, please don't make this horrible mistake in life, and NEVER EVER buy anything from this site.
