Pidilite Industries — Fraud in sending an unauthorized applicator by sales officers

Sir I am a resident of Jaora, Indore(Madhya Pradesh).I had suffered from a big loss due to a mistake from your sales officer named Mr.Pradeep Savita and Mr. Raghvendra Rathore. They had sent a fraud applicator for my work named Sundarlal.
I believed your company and asked for an applicator for my work in my showroom's basement. They both told me about Sundarlal who is a resident of Harda(M.P.).
He came and started work. Even we used Dr. fixit chemical of approx Rs. 65, 000. In between of my work he left the site and made some excuses such as bringing of machines and so on. We beared a loss of Rs. 78000. The deal which was decided was that Rs.55/sq.feet which includes Rs. 55 × 1500sq.feet which gives a total of Rs. 82, 500. But the work had done in only 700 sq.feet which Is approx Rs. 37, 500 and he has taken approx Rs. 78000.
He continued making excuses and never came back which resulted in an extra loss of his living space, his meals etc.
Whenever I talked to your sales officers they just putted off the talks and never got any satisfied answer from them.
I have trusted your company and your officers but it resulted in a disappointment which I have never expected from this type of prestigious company. Keeping aside my loss there is your loss too because from now I will never suggest your company to anyone which will affect your goodwill and your fame in the market.
I request you to take strict actions on the sales officers and as being the mistake of your sales officers you should have to bear our loss either by Sundarlal or by both of them sales officers.
