I have purchased a preeti mixer in pie electronics. Motor is not working well and getting weird sounds. I requested to exchange product from a different company. Pie electronics is not ready to exchange product. I requested a new product from panasonic company and they are not accepting that. I want to purchase a new product from panasonic company.
