I have ordered product on order id:[protected] and when it was delivered same time i told the delivery boy the product is fake and i need to return it back, he said raise the complaint and he will take back. I registered return and id was provided return id : 7934242 but till now nobody came or contacted me for return and they are showing information pending from customer.
I am confused what to do as helpline never answers and on chat it is same message coming again and again.
