This is a private company so it requires only work The candidates or the freshers when are unable to come out of their comfort zones and are unable to deliver the projects efficiently on time are fired. When the company is paying salary on time so it demands projects on time and when employees are unable to deliver them they are released by the company. I think when student become emp then max emp think they ruin Govt. Job but privet jobs is totally depends on there performance so plz don't blame on company. Emp plz wrk hard
