[Resolved] Pigeon India — complaint about my last service request for my induction which is not resolved till today after 15 days | |
I am filed a service request on ur toll free number on 9 dec 2020 for my pigeon cruise cooktop induction. Ur costumer support team gave me a service engineer number on 11 dec 2020. I call her but he refused to service than again i call back to ur costumer support and again they gave me a new engineer number. I am call on that number he tell me that he comes tomorrow i allowed her. After that day he tell me daily for come in morning and evening and next day morning but he didn't come till today. So please i requested u to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i go to file a case on u in consumer forum. Thank you.. Was this information helpful? | |
