I have bought Inox+ plus pressure cooker on 15/05/2022 from D mart Tilaknagar, on the same day we found that pressure cooker is not whistling, we inform D Mart they refuse to change the pressure cooker, they inform to contact the service center, I lodged a complain (complain no. 2293439) on 17/05/2022 and the technician visited on 19/05/2022, he informed the top lid is faulty and needs to be replaced but they don't have part at their service center and the part needs to come from manufacturing unit, it has been 20 days since my purchase but no solution has been provided.
This is a manufacturing defect and without using the pressure cooker I have wait for so long.
I am requesting a refund as I have not used the product as I have not used the product, it does not fall under warranty as I have not used the product. Was this information helpful? |
