I have a Pigeon India brand 2 burner Gas Stove (Glass Cook Top) and it’s under warranty. I'm facing an issue with the product: the left-side knob is jammed and not working. So, I contacted Stovekraft customer care and reported the incident, and they provided the service partner's contact details.
I contacted the service partner; the first time, they picked up my call and said that the technician would visit soon, but no one came to check. After that, I tried to call them multiple times, but they did not pick up. I tried calling many times, but there was no response. Then, I reported the issue to Stovekraft customer care again 2-3 times, and in response, they said the service partner would contact me, but it didn't happen.
It has been more than 15 days since my issue arose and it remains unresolved. I'm expecting action to be taken on my problem to resolve it ASAP because it's difficult to cook on a single burner.
