Pigeon Induction — induction not working, panels looses power supply

I brought pigeon induction model favourite from flipkart, on 7 july 2019 but today at 20 feb 2020 it's suddenly stop working... When i plugged in only the light of panels are blinked and rapidly gets off... I think it's something loose connection from inside the operating panel buttons when i touching any button it's lights again turn on and off rapidly. Kindly solve out these problem
