When i wanted to start using the services of there weren’t much information available online. There were few posts which claimed to have made profit and some which claimed to be bad experiences. When i pointed this to the executive who called, he told that it was competitors who was doing it.
So after i availed their services i thought i’ll sum up my experience so that anyone who is interested to know about my experience or views gets an insight.

*historic recommendations*
The levels that you find in their website matches with what you receive. However what is missing from that is the information or loss incurred when one level is achieved and other levels are not achieved.

Based on the historic recommendation one would be compelled to use the services of pinnacle financial.
One day trial is attractive, however it’ll not help you understand the reality.

This was the reason why i decided to try my luck was i was convinced with their historic prices performance and one day trial.in fact i got two day trial, as in the first day the call that was given didn’t execute, so they extended trial for a day more.

*reality of trading*
The service i chose was “cash hni” and the monthly amount was rs.35000/- i was reluctant to pay this amount upfront and asked if i can pay a lesser amount.
They informed me that i can pay a registration charge of rs.5000 (+rs.900 gst) and avail the service for 3 days.
This is when i started experiencing the services. Few challenges i faced are
1. By the time buy or sell sms comes and i place the order, the sms for booking 1st target level is achieved.
2. Then immediately second target level achieved sms comes in.

The next day in the website these levels will be updated. So, factually they are correct and you can’t dispute that information present is wrong or their skill in identification of levels.

However, since 1st and 2nd targets were met when you were placing you call, you have to wait for the stock to hit those levels. You’ll have to book loss is third target is never met.

Not meeting third has happened in many cases. Which means that even though you were supposed to make money out of those levels, you have incurred a loss. You cannot blame anyone for this.

*addressing your concerns*
They are executives ready to address the concerns and is there to talk to you anytime. So when i was facing the timing issue for two consecutive days which i didn’t face for the one day free trial. I was redirected to supervisor who said that they’ll share different levels through whatsapp.

After two days of trading i was sitting at a loss, so third day i got levels through sms and through whatsapp. I was able to cover my loss with the calls through whatsapp. The sms calls didn’t work.

*unclarity in support*
This made me think why whatsapp levels weren’t given to me on day 1. So when i asked about this, i was told that it’ll be done only when i complete the full payment and whatever i have paid is only for registration and they had to take special exception to get me those levels.

I was expecting that when i make payment for any service, i should be made aware of all the extended services.

I asked for one more day trial through whatsapp. Which they agreed to. I received one level through whatsapp with which i made approximate rs.2000 profit.

The supervisor then called me to pay complete amount. I responded that i thought we had an agreement that i’ll pay at the eod, which she refused saying its only one level that they agreed.

Then we came into an agreement that i’ll pay rs.15000 and i get whatsapp levels for two days and then i’ll make remaining rs.15000.
I paid rs.15000 (+rs2700 gst) on[protected] and the next day i made a loss of rs. 12000. Received an sms that my hni cash subscription is on till 12-nov-2018. After that for 3 days i received various level through sms and whatsapp. Sms had the same timing issue and whatsapp i wasn’t making any profit either. It was more like a struggle to not making a loss or covering up previous losses.

Suddenly on[protected] i was blocked from whatsapp. I called them back and was told that i have to make the remaining payments for the service. I got into argument that this was never told anytime.
And that was my last conversation with them i ended up with a loss of rs.34600/- in a matter of a week including losses + taxes + fees.

*poor volume calls*
The segment that you trade is called hni and for me when you trade one of the basic things that you should look for is the volume of trade. The ekc buy was given on 01-nov-2018 where the volume was 22098 at 10:35am. This is not a volume that you want to play in because the risk of being not able to get out is very high.

A worst third class company lost my 6, 00, 000/- in just one month due to their advise. Refused to deliver the services I paid for. Asked me to pay more then they will deliver the services. Be careful of such fraud companies.
