Pioneer Global Services — needs action against cheater holidaying company

We have paid around 1 lakh ruppes to this company with a legal stamp paper documentation for membership but this seems to be absulutely fraud compnay,
They will show you every thing their tesimony about customers, mouth shut reviwes etc but dont trust them they are people fooling every one, they dont give gold coins initially after fighting for almost 6 months i got but gym vouchers they didnt provide on regular basis (Have got only once)
Customer service is pathetic and i am feared of doing any more payments as they are not professional at all.

I want a refund for my entire amount as they are not providing the agreed services and i would request people not to opt for such companies.

If you see their website, it is even more pathetic, they didnt even feel the need to update pin code of mumbai in their address. (Have attached screenshots.)

I am also facing the same issue. Totally agreed with your complain,
They are not even professional. Customer care is also so pathetic.
I am planning to go consumer court. Can we meet and take action accordingly?

It's Adarsh from Mumbai (Santacruz), I also been cheated by PIONEER global, also facing the same issue, .. I like to join u for further action against that fraud company.

Hi I had also registered with this paying 1 lakh 20 K ruppes.

Very poor customer care, They hardly attain call and replied to email.

This seems to be a froad.

Can we combine take an action against this.

It's Mahendra from Mumbai I also been cheated by PIONEER global, also facing the same issue, .. I like to join u for further action against that fraud company. i have paid 2lakhs for a holiday packages and there are not responding any calls. the Guy who sold that holiday package to me he's name is Mr. Mulla as i had called him to ask about my package so replied that he dont work anymore with the same company.
