Fraud company... Strict action must be takenw
We received call that we had won some surprise gift.. We know that there may be something suspicious.. But then also we went at some hotel in Malad.. They caught us in there attractive packages and various complementary things and we had biggest mistake in our life by taking membership of this fraud company. We lost our hard earned money. Now they are not picking up phone and not giving reply. Must take strict action against such fraud companies who looted our money..

holiday club membership

I have taken membership of pioneer holiday club for five years from 21st march 2017,
So far i am not able to take any holiday, as company telephone numbers are not responding, their santa cruz mumbai office is closed and g mail not responding
I need to get my money back with interest as the company seems to made a fraud
I have oaud rs 1, 20 000 for five years hoilday amounting to one week oer year, also power gym membership was promised slong with invite to sicial events, none of them have come true, the comosny is a fraud company and must be booked under appropriate law and my money should be refunded with interest

fraud and cheaters
They have duped me and my husband if 120000rs, and neither they have provided any services and also there new office details are not available... I further went to there old office multiple time s but every time that made excuses or talked to us very rudely. I would name few people here who were involved in my case ms. Shabana shaikh, mr. Anuj and ms. Priya. Few days they picked up call and then suddenly they all started ignoring the calls then one day i went to see they were shifting and there were other people who were complaining to ms. Shabana was talking to all o[censored]s very rudely alongwith two other guys.

This company has fooled so many people.. They called us and told that we have been won some prizes and said only couple entries are allowed.
After visiting their place they shared membership details with so many benefits but after taking their membership they are not responding to our emails and calls.
Please suggest what should be done.

This company has duped me of rs.90000/- by promising holiday package for 5 years. I have been trying to contact them since june 2017 but either their mobiles are switched off or they do not answer. Their customer help desk too is useless.. They either keep you on hold or abruptly disconnect. I had taken the membership when their office was situated in andheri (W).in the following year they shifted to santacruz (W). On visiting, got to know that they had shifted to malad. Recently got to know that they were very much in santacruz west but had only changed the floors i. E. From 3rd flr they shifted to 4th flr... Total fraud company and have looted several mumbaikars of their hard-earned money.

old office shut new office details not available

We had taken a membership of rs.1 lac with this company. We tried visiting the company office at santa cruz west and the notice says that the office is closed and shifted to new location. While searching we are not getting any details of the new location or contact details mentioned in the website is all bogus. There are no other information about this company neither on social media or it's website or google. We are trying to file a complaint about this company in national consumer complaint forum.

Customer care mostly won't receiv your call and if they did, they talk like some gunda and threatens u.
Can anyone contact to me? If you are going to take any action against them. Will make some group and will take legal action jointly/we can go to der office.

This Pioneer is Looting ur hard earned money. It is better to help poor person than taking their membership. Once you pay money to them, just forget ur money and the services they won't give. Rather at the end u will just realise a biggest mistake of life. So dont go for it, it will make ur money go like theft. But you can get money back. My no is [protected]

Membership taken for 113000/- on 27/05/2018 and till date not any response from company.santacruz office shifted no reply yet.

In 2018 Jan i had taken the membership paying 1, 80, 000, was promised many things but today they have vanished. no email add response. It shows the email add is wrong.

We have paid 1 lac rs to this bugers, this seems to be absulutely fraud compnay, they will show you every thing their tesimony about customers, mouth shut reviwes etc but dont trust them they are people fooling every one, they dont give gold coins initially after finghting for almost 6 months i got but gym wovchers they didnt provided yet.
Hotels they are providing is also rediculus not 5 star hotel which they show they will provide not known hotel in andheri east some where.

Absolutely fraud company. They promise all the possible things but when it comes to some issue they completely ignore you. Its run by all taporis coz when you speak to them about some issue they talk to you in the Bhai language. Biggest scam is they I think they give dummy names to costomer executives. I spoke to Uttam Chougale for my issue. After few days he stopped answering then told he left the job. Then I spoke to Parvez & he told the same thing.When I went to their office to get resolution for my refund luckily I met Parvez who they said has left the job & his name is Rajesh. If you have issue don't trust their names. Same is with Sameer Shaikh who was the in charge according to him was least bothered in the conversation & ignored everything.
Please make yourself safe from this fraud company.

Guys trust me, Im sorry to say that PIONEER GLOBAL SERVICE is a FROAD company.
Their customer service is very very poor. No one calls you back and bother how many times you follow up for your services and reimbursement.
They have not kept any of their promises mentioned in the agreement.
Not received any traditional event passes.
Not received any movie tickets if they don't arrange traditional events.
And not even received my own amount of reimbursement of gym.
They have lots and lots of different types of excuses when it comes to provide us services.
So, it's my humble request not to ruin your happiness and holidays.
And if you have any extra Money then go and DONATE some, but please be safe from getting fraud victim.
