I, Nilanjana Banerjee, am filing this complaint against Piramal Finance (Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd.) regarding mental harassment caused by repeated and unnecessary EMI payment reminder calls, despite having paid all dues on time.
I hold a loan account (Loan No.: PLSA000627BA) with Piramal Finance and have consistently paid my EMIs on the scheduled due date, i. e., the 5th of every month. However, I have been subjected to multiple unsolicited phone calls each month from their representatives, demanding early payment of EMIs. These repeated reminders disturb my work, cause mental stress, and constitute a form of harassment.
I have attempted to resolve this matter by contacting their customer service and submitting complaints, but no remedial action has been taken so far. This has compelled me to seek redressal through this Forum. Was this information helpful? |
