A tenant stayed in my property on rent way back in 2012 for 11 months. During that time he purchased some flats by taking loan from dhfl. Later dhfl merged into Piramal.
Back then he gave his current address as address of my property to dhfl. He was a defaulter and he did not pay the EMI back to the bank. He later left by end of 2012. The problem is Piramal is unable to trace him and they blindly send their recovery agents to my house looking for him. Agents tell me that, the loanee has not repaid the loan at all.
This is ridiculous. It’s been 13 years and that person has not repaid the loan and Piramal is unable to find him? What the heck are they and their legal team doing? Just take the help of police and find him, as simple as it gets. There’s no point in sending their recovery agents to my house. Was this information helpful? |
