Piramal Housing Finance is newly formed venture (2017) and in the making. People in credit section who approves your loan will be difficult to deal with. They will give you nightmare. Sometimes cheap loan comes with a cost and this pain is how much perseverance you have to listen to Piramal credit guys for whatever they expect from you even though they may collate information from whatever documents you provide but they need spoon feeding. Sometimes they lack experience and make customer to suffer. For them giving loan is a favor. This financing house is not customer friendly. Avoid using them as much as possible.

I had applied for Home loan in feb and got 90% disbursed in feb itself but balance 2 lacs did not disbursed till 18th April, final disbursement happened on 18th April after so many follow ups it was totally Piramal mistake nit mine, I was chasing their employees regularly surprising thing was that they charged 16 K as intrest for March month, after so many escalation they commited that EMI will start from May onwards but nothing happened agin they charged 17K in April month.
They are big cheaters do not disburse the loan on time so that they can charge intrest.
They are looting people will suggest people do not take loan from them
